How To Resolve Airtime Not Received Problem

Due to some issues out of our control but usually network problem, technical malfunction or human errors you may not get your recharge VTU in time or it may fail to deliver to you.

So, If you didn’t get your VTU credit or Data subscription after successful payment, and no refund of such transaction within 24hrs after payment.

Kindly send an email to the customer care with the following detail within 3 days of recharge.

Phone number
Transaction ID
Network provider

Note, Transaction time is limited to 30 days only , any transactions beyond 30 days cannot be traced anymore.
